CTXPC Meeting November 20th

The next meeting of our Club will take place on Wednesday, November 20th, 2024, 7-9 PM at the SOUTH AUSTIN SENIOR ACTIVITY CENTER, 3911 MENCHACA RD, 78704.This meeting will take place a week earlier than normal so as not to occur so close to Thanksgiving. 

Don’t let the “Senior” put you off, all ages are welcome, this is just the best venue that we could find, and it is free, so this is where we’re meeting!

The Club will provide beverages, cups, plates and utensils; participate, if you like, by bringing along something to eat in the pot-luck tradition! Everyone is invited to bring along any postcards that you would like to sell, trade, or show and tell.

At our November meeting, Pat Holloway will answer the questions "What does a collection of horological postcards look like, and why would anyone want one?"  Pat will share how she recently got started in deltiology along with examples from her collection of watch- and clock-themed postcards. Hope you will make the "time" to come to hear her presentation, you certainly won”t see it on Tik Tok!!!
